If for any reason your order is not quite what you expected, we are here to help.
 
Returns & Exchanges
​We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us to begin the process, and we will guide you through the next steps with care.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition

• Returned with their full packaging

• Free from damage, alteration, or signs of wear

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
​For reasons of hygiene safety, and customisation, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings (pierced jewellery cannot be resold)

• Rings that have been resized or altered 

• Items purchased as part of a final sale (where stated)

These policies are in place to protect both the integrity of our jewellery and the experience of every customer.

Returning Your Item
​We kindly request that returns be sent using a fully insured and tracked service, ideally Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure safe arrival.
Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not as described, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will prioritise a resolution, which may include a replacement, or full refund.
