We ship all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 PM, the most secure and reliable service available in the UK. Your parcel will be fully insured, tracked from dispatch to delivery, and delivered with a required signature, offering complete peace of mind for your treasured purchase.

Processing Time
Each order is processed within 1–2 working days. During busier times, we continue to prioritise swift dispatch while maintaining our meticulous quality standards.

UK Delivery
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive on the **next working day**, guaranteed by 1 PM.
Tracking details will be sent directly to your email so you can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

Complimentary UK Shipping
We are delighted to offer free UK Special Delivery on all orders over £300.
Orders below this amount are charged at the standard insured Special Delivery rate.

International Shipping
International orders are welcomed. As shipping fees and insurance vary by destination, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to purchase so we can provide a tailored quotation and ensure your jewellery is fully protected in transit.

Delivery Information and Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to accept liability for delays or lost parcels resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If you are not available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or allow collection from your local sorting office.
