We take great care to provide clear, accurate information and high-quality images of every piece.

• Measurements, weights, and gemstone details are approximate unless otherwise stated.

• Vintage and pre-owned items may bear signs of gentle wear consistent with their age and character.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
We accept major payment methods provided through our secure partners (such as PayPal or card processors).

We reserve the right to decline any order if:

• The item is no longer available

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We do not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or wear and tear after delivery. Any independent resizing or alteration may void eligibility for returns.
